Apple Crumble Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a baking tray line it with brown bread slices and then add the apples on top. Repeat the layers for the 2nd layer.
  2. In a bowl whisk eggs, butter, cinnamon and milk.
  3. Pour the mix over the apples and bake at 300 degrees for 30 mins.
  4. Serve hot with vanllia ice-cream.
