Caramelised Onion Lavash Pizza

A light hearted spirited dessert



  1. Put a pan on medium heat.
  2. Add oil and heat it well.
  3. Now add onion, salt and sugar. Stir continuously till the sugar is melted and the onion turns dark golden brown . Remove from heat .
  4. Place the bread on the baking tray and gently spread caramelized onions on the flat bread. Sprinkle some feta cheese and bake for 5-6 minutes at 180 º C in the oven.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. In absence of Lavash bread, try using garlic berad or even nan cut into small strips. Bon Appetit!
