GRILLED LETTUCE WITH FETA CHEESE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Separate the leaves of the lettuce one by one and grill them in the oven for 2mins.
  2. Place in the fridge till it’s chilled and crisp.
  3. Place the lettuce leaf on a serving dish, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle seasoning.
  4. Mix the Feta with chopped parsley.
  5. Add mixture on the lettuce and serve cold.
