Corn & Feta Toast

Toasts are so versatile, you can customise them according to your taste. This corn and feta toast is in sync with summer, the flavours are so fresh and the crunch just adds another dimension to it! Hope you enjoy it!



  1. In a pan heat butter till it melts. Add seasoning and corn. Stir for 2 mins.
  2. Spread the feta on the slices evenly and add corn on top.
  3. Pre -heat the oven at 130 deg. centigrade. Gently place the slices on the oven tray.
  4. Grill the bread till it’s toasted. Serve hot with ketchup.
