Bidding adieu to Summer with relief and welcoming the beautiful monsoons, the lush rain and gorgeous greenery has been quite pleasant. But with the rains also comes the time to say farewell to one of my most favourite fruits and flavours- The Mango!! So what best way to bid farewell than to have a little soiree of recipes with mango as the hero element! I’ve tried to put together a variety of sauces, jams & desserts so we don’t miss out!
