- 350 gm Chocolate cream biscuits
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 350 gm Salted caramel ice cream
- 200 gm Cream cheese
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Crush the cookies in a blender and add the butter.
- Compress in a serving dish and chill for 30 mins.
- Mix ice cream and cream cheese and add whipped cream.
- Pour mixture over the cookies.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours and serve chilled.
