Salted Caramel Pudding



  1. Crush the cookies in a blender and add the butter.
  2. Compress in a serving dish and chill for 30 mins.
  3. Mix ice cream and cream cheese and add whipped cream.
  4. Pour mixture over the cookies.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours and serve chilled.
