PINK QUINOA RISOTTO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and fry till brown then add the quinoa and fry for 5mins.
  2. Gradually add the stock and stir then add the beet puree.
  3. Add pepper and salt.
  4. Remove from heat and pour in a serving dish.
  5. Garnish with feta and chopped beet and serve hot.
