Pesto Pine Nut Potatoes




  1. Heat oil in a pan and roast pine nuts till golden.
  2. Mix all ingredients for pesto in a blender and combine to form a smooth paste.
  3. Put potatoes in a bowl and add the pesto and seasoning.
  4. Garnish with pine nuts and serve with steamed rice.
