A light hearted spirited dessert
- 1 cup Flour
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Butter melted
- 1/2 cup Dates pureed
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 3 tsp Milk
- In a bowl whisk egg whites till soft peaks form.
- In a separate mix the rest of the ingredients along with the yolks
- Gently fold in the egg whites to the batter.
- Grease the baking tin and pour the batter in it.
- Bake for 30-40 mins till cake is done.
- Serve at room temperature with vanilla ice cream.
