summer months and ice cream are like inseparable twins .One cant imagine summers without chilled , frozen , milky ice cream . Its every ones favorite without exception. Now a days, besides traditional ice creams one hears about sugar free, dairy free , gluten-free ice creams. It does not matter what type it is but it has to ice cream slurping it away the off the cone or gulping it with a warm dessert as a topping , it has no substitute .
In this column , I am sharing one of my favorite easy ice cream recipes and you can never do wrong with it
so here we go.
20 gm raspberry or any flavor jelly
250 warm water
250 ml cold water
400 gm condensed milk
200 gm unsalted cream cheese
Mix warm water with jelly and then add cold water .Mix well
Add condensed milk and cream cheese blend
Transfer in Tupperware and close lid Freeze for 2 hours
Remove and put in a pan and whisk with electric beater for 10 minutes
Transfer to a bowl and freeze 6 hours and ytour favorite ice cream is ready
Store in deep freezer
