Gingerbread Cake



  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and molasses. Add the egg and vanilla and mix.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix with water.
  5. Bake for 40mins and serve with ice-cream
