Motichoor Cheesecake

A twist of taste this holi, the flavours are a match made in heaven!

6 pcs Motichoor laddoo
1 ltr Full cream milk
1 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Rose water
Almond slivers for garnishing
Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan and reduce to half.
Add cardamom powder and brown sugar and reduce till milk has reached 1/4th of its quantity.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Crumble the laddoo and layer in shot glasses and top it with rabri.
Garnish with almond slivers and rose water and chill before serving.
