Herb crusted chicken baked to perfection

If you are game for baking this simple and quick recipe will rule the roost


500 gm chicken breast fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 chopped onion

1 chopped tomato

1 hard boiled egg shredded

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper coarsely ground

1 tsp oregano

2 tbsp feta cheese


1 tsp salt

1 tsp red chilli pepper powder

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp garlic paste


Marinate the chicken by rubbing all the ingredients under the marination list and keep in fridge for 3 hours

Prepare the baking dish by greasing it

Heat the oven at 300 degree centigrade

Line the chicken fillets on the baking dish

In a bowl mix tomatoes, chopped onions , eggs , seasoning and mayonnaise

Spread evenly on all chicekn fillets and crumble the feta and oregano flakes on the chicken

Bake for 15 minutes and serve hot with garlic toast
